The Women’s Intimacy Workshop at the Center for Healthy Sex has now evolved into a Weekly Group.
The evolution of this monthly event into a weekly group was motivated by the progression we were witnessing in the women who most benefited from this workshop series. Although the format has changed into a weekly group, the inspiration for this offering remains the same: Women who are ready to experience more fulfilling levels of intimacy and healthy sexuality in relationships.
The Women’s Intimacy Group will meet on Thursday evenings 7:00 to 9:00, and begins June 9th.
Caroline Frost, MFT will continue as facilitator and therapist.
-Learn to honor an authentic self within relationships
-Deconstruct cultural beliefs about sex, love, and femininity
-Participate in emotionally evocative and intimately honest therapeutic work
