To assess needs of campus population, plan, market, implement and evaluate programs’ success. To recruit, train, supervise and evaluate peer educators and interns. To coordinate peer education presentations and activities. To collaborate with the Women’s Health staff, student organizations and other campus departments to provide sexual health presentations, provide educational materials, host, and sponsor events. Hours may vary due to program needs.   Minimum Qualifications: College degree in Health Education or related field. Master’s degree preferred.  A minimum of three years experience in designing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating educational programs related to sexual health required. Experience coordinating, training and providing ongoing mentor-ship to undergraduate student peer educators. Experienced presenter.   Preferences: Skills in needs assessment, program planning and evaluation are required. Effective communication skills. Able to work collaboratively with students, local community representatives and campus colleagues. Must possess a large fund of current knowledge about sexual health.
