Widener University is dedicated to excellence in educating practitioner-academics in human sexuality for students, alumni, community professionals, and others who desire to advance their careers.  With the support of the Graduate Programs in Human Sexuality at Widener University, the 4th annual Careers in Sexuality Conference will be held at the University on October 7, 2011.  The theme of this year’s conference is “Charting an Entrepreneurial Career in Sexuality” and will focus on building skills needed for successful careers in sexuality.

Widener University’s Human Sexuality program would like to extend an invitation for your professional contributions to this year’s conference.  Each presentation will be around an hour and 15 minutes, with each presenter receiving free admission to the conference with their session’s acceptance.  We would ask if you are interested to send both a session title and a short paragraph about what the session would entail to April Garner at adgarner@mail.widener.edu by Monday, April 4, 2011. In particular we would especially like to see sessions on policy work, blogging, spirituality, technology, networking and research, but of course will accept any and all of your ideas.

We thank you for your professional courtesy in this regard and look forward to your submissions!
